Nagarkot is 7.5 miles (12 kilometers) from Bhaktapur, and getting a private transfer is the most convenient method to get there. The drive could take an hour or more if there is a lot of traffic around Bhaktapur, but it could possibly be significantly faster.

Trekking with a guide is the greatest option because they’ll make sure you stay on track and avoid the most dangerous situations.
